Archive the current festival

open the festival page (the one you want to archive)

then difficult you need to 'view source' and copy the source code inbetween <!-- copy from here --> (about 110 lines down) and <!-- to here -->

then click create content->past festival

find the "the programme" section and hit the HTML button.. paste the code you copied into this window and hit update

the rest should be self explanatory
